Rohwa Jeong

Rohwa Jeong means Roh and Jeong, the first names of the artist couple of Yunhee Roh and Hyunseok Jeong. Many of their works focus on pencil drawings of themselves naked. The drawings metaphorically represent their everyday life and relationships, sometimes in extreme forms such as choping off body parts or eating their own bodies.

The work Man is consumption goods symbolically describe a relationship between man and woman through the transformation of human bodies. Their pencil drawings are animated using Power Point slide shows. Current exhibitions  includes Balmoral Blend at the Arp Museum Bahnhof Rolandseck, Remagen, Decentered at the Arco Art Center, Seoul.
